Upcoming Events

Due to the limited nature of our events we do not offer a refund on tickets purchased if you cannot attend. If you let us know within 48 hours of the start of an event we will issue house credit. After the 48 hour window closes we cannot issue any credit. However, all tickets are transferrable so you are welcome to give or sell them to others. Some events are free for club members but registration/tickets are strongly encouraged. If an event is sold out we may not be able to accomodate you if you just drop in without registering first.

We host three types of events at Tim's Wine Market's Orlando location.

- Our "Masterclass" events are seated, lecture format programs that take a deep dive into specific wine regions and/or grape varieties. These are classroom style tastings conducted in flights with a power point presentation that guides your experience. We also provide cheese and bread at these events.

- Our more frequently conducted programs we call "Tastings In The Round" which are casual events with seating, typically with a special guest. For "Tastings In The Round" you can drop in and leave at your leisure. There is no food provided at these events so please plan accordingly.

- Events that are defined as "Open House" are not seated events as there are typically multiple stations with wine being poured at the same time. Unless otherwise noted in the description of the event, there is no food provided at these events.

Wines of the Northern Rhone Featuring Bastien Jolivet

Wednesday, September 16, 2026

5:00pm - 6:30pm

Free to All

About this event

One of the great joys of collecting wine for more than 30 years is having a cellar full of wines that are at peak maturity. While I enjoy all my great Burgundies, Barolos, and Brunellos with a decade or more of age, the wines that consistently impress me the most are my aged wines from the Northern Rhône Valley. The complexity of mature Syrah, grown in the granite hills south of Lyon, is truly thrilling. On this evening, we will look at a collection of wines from Bastien Jolivet, one of the brightest young lights of the St. Joseph appellation. We will examine his beautiful examples of red and white wines, showing that you can enjoy them young or with time. Stop in and taste for yourself!

Cabernet Franc - World Traveler, Bon Vivant

Wednesday, September 23, 2026

5:00pm - 6:30pm

Free to All

About this event

Cabernet Franc is enjoying a moment, and not just from one specific place. The leaner, more aromatic expressions from the Loire Valley of France are a top-selling category for us. Then there are the deeper, richer examples from California and Argentina. However, we cannot forget about those from Chile and South Africa, which defy all categories. On this evening, we will be sampling six examples from across the globe to show the incredible diversity of the wines from Cabernet Sauvignon’s daddy.

Naturally Italy - Low Intervention Italian Wines

Wednesday, September 30, 2026

5:00pm - 6:30pm

Free to All

About this event

Low intervention, or “natural wines,” got off to a rough start in the late 2010s. There were too many flawed wines made by well-intentioned but unskilled winemakers who forgot that wines should be delicious. Fast forward to now, and not only have the wines improved, but many are top sellers for us. This evening, we will present six of them—a mix of whites and reds—to show that wines made without additives can be enjoyable and authentic to their grapes and places.
